Refund policy
We want you to love what you purchased, so if you aren't happy with anything, you may receive store credit within 14 days of purchase.
In-Store Returns:
All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed.
Shipping Returns:
If you are unable to come into the store and need to ship a return, you can contact us at dallas@thesweetpeashop.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Packages will need to be sent to the following address:

Once the shipper has our packages in hand, we are no longer responsible for lost or misplaced packages. If there are any issues, we can help you place a claim with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. The Sweet Pea Shop is not responsible for return shipments. We recommend you track your item with the delivery service you have chosen.
Important to Know:
- Final sale on swimwear
- The original shipping charge is not refunded with returns
- Items purchased with store credits will always be refunded back as store credits.
- You may make a request to change or cancel your order; however, if the order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
